Q: What do I do if my picture file is not big enough for the size I have ordered?

We will contact you to discuss changing your picture size and refund any balance paid if appropriate.


Q: What happens if my item arrives damaged?

Send us an email immediately to let us know, then send it back to us for a replacement or full refund.


Q: What happens if I don’t receive my item?

If your item has not arrived within 7-10 days from ordering, contact us and we will investigate and if necessary, send you another.


Q: What happens if I change my mind after I place my order and pay?

Providing you contact us before production has started, we will refund your money in full, if production has started we may have to charge a cancellation fee and refund any balance remaining, if production has been completed, we will contact you with further options.


Q: How secure is the website?

All payment details are processed by a secure server using Shopify or Barcleycard ePDQ or PayPal or Barclays Pingit, this information is sent by 128 bit encryption meaning it is impossible to break the code and steal your credit or debit card details. We have also been granted an SSL by Verisign which is now part of Symantec which means the site is completely safe - you need only to click the trust certificate placed to be sure!

Your personal details are essential for the delivery of the items you have ordered. This information is for our records only and can be removed upon written request. You will receive only minimum emails from us concerning your order and we never extend data to third parties.


Q: Which Credit Cards do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards.


Q: Can I place an order and have it delivered to a different address?

When entering your personal details you will be given the opportunity to say whether you wish to use your own address or supply a different delivery address.
